Trinity Montessori School is a private school focused upon achieving student success. The school is not intended to, nor does it, serve all students equally well. To ensure and to maximize this student success, Trinity Montessori School restricts student admissions to only those students who demonstrate all of:

(i) the potential to achieve academic excellence;
(ii) an independently-motivated work ethic to enthusiastically achieve such academic excellence;
(iii) an enthusiasm for physical fitness and achievement; and
(iv) well-developed emotional (intra-personal) and social (inter-personal) skills, necessary to co-operatively and fully participate within a friendly but competitive school environment.

The school year runs from September – June and enrollment is on a 10-month commitment. Below is a step-by-step admissions process that all applicants must adhere to.

Step 1: School Tour

Step 2: Requirements

Children between the ages of 18 months – 4 years of age will be required to visit the classroom prior to registering to ensure the school is the right fit. Children entering their final year of Casa or Elementary are required to complete a written application assessment as well as spend up to 2 days in the classroom prior to being accepted.

Step 3: Assessment

Schedule a written assessment for your child and a day in the classroom. The following forms will need to be completed for the assessment for children between the ages 5 – 11.

b) Assessment Consent
c) Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form
d) Application Fee

Step 4: Receive your offer

Acceptance into our programs are at the discretion of the school administration and based on specific criteria. Once the assessment is complete and all the forms and payment are submitted, a member of our administrative team will contact the family and schedule a meeting to inform them if their child has been accepted into the school.

Step 5: Provide Documents

Once your child is accepted, you may submit all required documents and payment by the due date. A child will only be considered accepted only all forms and payment are submitted.

a) a copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate or Passport
b) a copy of the applicant’s Ontario Health Card
c) a copy of the applicant’s Immunization Record
d) A completed enrollment form, which includes the terms of contract and PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) agreement form
e) A VOID cheque, attached to the PAD
f) Registration Fee (dated time of enrollment)
g) Annual Printing and Photocopying Fee/Stationary Fee (refer to program specifics, dated time of enrollment)
h) First and Last two month’s tuition fees (dated time of enrollment)
i) Physical Education Fee (5 years and older, dated time of enrollment)

Late applications will be accepted based on availability.
